Student Complimentary Life Insurance
through AVMA LIFE Trust

Between cramming for exams and managing an intense schedule, you likely have little time to think about life insurance. We were once veterinary students too... so we get it. But we also know life insurance is incredibly important.

And that's why we offer $25,000 of life insurance to eligible SAVMA members at no cost.*

We encourage you to fill out our form to receive your Certificate of Insurance and choose your beneficiary. However, you don't have to do anything to receive this coverage (unless you live in PA, VA, or WI).**

*To be eligible, you must be a SAVMA member in good standing; be between age 18 and 65; reside in, and be a legal resident of, the 50 United States, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico; and be a full-time veterinary student at an AVMA-accredited school within the U.S. "Good standing" means that a student's SAVMA membership dues have been paid and are up to date by November 1 of the academic year (or April 1 if a student is beginning school in a winter term). If membership dues are not up to date, no benefits would be payable. Coverage ends upon termination of SAVMA membership.

**Student members in PA, VA, and WI are required to register for this coverage to be eligible for this offer by submitting this form or calling 800.621.6360.
