This offer is not available to members and/or spouses who have been declined for AVMA LIFE Trust Life Insurance in the past and members and/or spouses who have taken advantage of one of our guaranteed issuance offers in the past 24 months. The AVMA member may apply for spouse/domestic partner coverage regardless of being insured or applying now for him/herself.
